How MONO VPN works: account, trial access, two protocols
You log in to the website or Telegram, gain access and copy the profile to the client on the device. There are two protocols in one subscription: NaiveProxy by default and SSTP.
Why do you need an office?
The website and Mini App are the place where the subscription lives and from where the parameters are copied. The connection itself is initiated by a program on your phone or computer. After registration, you install the client from the “Instructions” section and import the profile.
One account covers personal iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and macOS. Both protocols are included in the subscription, NaiveProxy is selected by default.

2. Access
After signing up, select “3 days” and choose “Continue for free”. Get 3 days of access with no payment card or mandatory channel subscription. Your NaiveProxy profile, backup SSTP profile and setup guides will appear in your account.
3. Profile
Links and data for NaiveProxy and SSTP appear in your account. Take a fresh profile from your account.
4. Connection
Import the profile into the client for your OS and protocol. Allow VPN on the system. If the session does not start, switch the protocol and repeat the import.
Which client to open
On Mac, both protocols go through our MONO Connect application from the website. On iPhone for SSTP - SSTP Connect from the App Store; in the MONO VPN account there is a step-by-step installation on how to download it for free.

What happens after payment
Payment is made through the payment provider from your account. After confirmation of payment, access appears in the same account. If you paid in Telegram, the web login will see the same subscription in the same way - and vice versa.

If it doesn't connect
- The trial or paid period is still valid.
- The profile was taken again from the office.
- The client for your OS and protocol is open.
- The second protocol from the same subscription was tried.
- In @monosvpn_support_bot or at support@monovpn.app: platform, protocol and error text - without passwords and full keys.

Web and Telegram - two entrances, one account
The site is convenient if you register by mail, Google or Apple. Mini App - if you are already on Telegram. This is one product: the same profiles, tariffs and two protocols. The bot opens an account; the tunnel is lifted by the client on the device.

If NaiveProxy behaves worse than SSTP on your network, switch the profile. If both do not work, check the access period and the freshness of the link, then write to support.
