MONO VPN Terms of Service

These terms describe the current product: the web app at monovpn.app and the Telegram Mini App at @monosvpn_bot, NaiveProxy and SSTP. The no-logs policy is in the privacy policy.

1. Service

1.1. MONO VPN provides NaiveProxy and SSTP VPN profiles by subscription. Interfaces: https://monovpn.app/ and the Telegram Mini App (@monosvpn_bot). Both protocols are included; you may switch them in the app.

1.2. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uptime, throughput, or operation on every network.

1.3. The service is for users in permitted jurisdictions. Users under 18 need guardian consent. Sign-in surfaces do not reliably verify age.

2. Account

2.1. The website supports Email, Google, Apple and Telegram sign-in. The Mini App identifies you through Telegram.

2.2. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, infrastructure abuse, or unlawful use.

2.3. Termination ends access. Unused subscription time is not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. User responsibilities

3.1. Use the connection only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include spam, DDoS, CSAM, malware, unauthorized access, and other illegal activity.

3.2. You are fully responsible for activity through your account and VPN connection.

3.3. You agree to indemnify the provider against claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these terms.

4. Payments

4.1. Subscriptions are paid via the payment provider Lava.top. Prices are shown in the app and on the public pricing page.

4.2. Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by MONO VPN.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

5.1. Periods may include 30, 180 and 365 days. Details appear before payment.

5.2. Some methods support auto-renewal. Charges occur before the paid period ends unless cancelled.

5.3. Cancel auto-renewal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Remaining time is not paid back.

6. Trials and refunds

6.1. Subscription purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

6.2. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, local network blocking, inability to use the service for user-side reasons, policy bans, or legal changes.

6.3. Current trials: 1 day after registration on the website; 3 days in the Telegram Mini App after subscribing to @monosvpn. These are two separate rules.

7. Chargebacks

7.1. Contact support before opening a bank dispute.

7.2. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account ban and cooperation with the payment provider.

8. Availability

8.1. No refund or compensation is due for outages caused by Telegram, cloud or payment contractors, network operators, government action, or force majeure.

9. Disputes

9.1. Write to support@monovpn.app or @monosvpn_support_bot first, then negotiate in good faith.
