MONO VPN Privacy Policy
This policy explains data processed by the web app and Telegram Mini App. MONO VPN is a no-logs VPN: we do not keep connection logs, traffic logs, DNS query logs, browsing history, or VPN session timestamps. Account and payment data are processed separately so the subscription can work.
Updated 31 August 2026. Contact: support@monovpn.app, @monosvpn_support_bot. Russian version: /privacy.
1. Introduction
1.1. This policy covers MONO VPN at https://monovpn.app/ and the Telegram Mini App (@monosvpn_bot): NaiveProxy and SSTP access profiles.
1.2. We aim to process only what is needed to deliver access, take payment, limit abuse, and answer support requests.
2. Data we process
2.1. Account data, depending on sign-in: email; Google or Apple identifiers; Telegram user id and related Telegram Login / Mini App fields.
2.2. Payments: amounts, dates, Lava.top transaction ids. Full card numbers are not received or stored by us.
2.3. No-logs policy. MONO VPN does not keep connection logs, traffic logs, DNS query logs, browsing history, or VPN session timestamps. That no-logs claim covers the VPN session. Account and payment data in 2.1–2.2 are not VPN logs.
2.4. Basic device / Telegram client information for compatibility and troubleshooting.
2.5. First-party product analytics. To improve the service, we may process a random anonymous browser identifier, a session identifier, the public landing-page path, the source referrer host and first-touch/UTM labels, plus product-stage events such as page view, auth start, server-confirmed registration, trial, checkout, payment attempt and payment result. Aggregate byte counters may be used to measure activation. This data does not include URLs, DNS queries, content or browsing history transmitted inside the VPN; product analytics does not record VPN-session content.
2.6. Microsoft Clarity behavioral analytics. Consumer pages may collect anonymized click and scroll maps, technical errors, and recordings of interface interactions. The admin area is excluded; authenticated account content is masked; email, Telegram ID, internal user ID, and VPN profile data are intentionally not sent. Until separate consent is provided, Clarity receives denied analytics/ad cookie signals and operates in limited no-cookie mode without persistent cookie identifiers.
3. Use of data
3.1. Deliver the service: manage the subscription and issue NaiveProxy and SSTP profiles.
3.2. Security: detect abuse, fraud, and attacks.
3.3. Communication: support and service notices by email or Telegram.
3.4. Product improvement and measurement: analyze the aggregate cohort path from a public page to registration, trial, payment and purchase, and prepare service lifecycle messages before and after trial expiry and when paid access expires.
4. Sharing
4.1. Payment provider for payments; infrastructure providers for hosting; Telegram if you use the bot, Mini App, or Telegram Login; Microsoft Clarity for anonymized behavioral analytics of consumer web pages with sensitive content masked.
4.2. We do not sell data to advertising networks.
4.3. We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process.
5. Retention
5.1. Transaction records are kept as needed for tax, accounting and anti-fraud.
5.2. Connection logs, traffic logs, DNS query logs, browsing history and VPN session timestamps are not stored (no-logs), so there is no retention period for those records.
5.3. Deletion requests: support@monovpn.app. Removal from backups may take up to 90 days.
6. Security
6.1. Device-to-server traffic is encrypted under the selected protocol. Profile credentials are stored with industry-standard protections. This is not a guarantee that incidents are impossible.
7. Children
7.1. The service is not intended for children under 13. Under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
8. Updates
8.1. This policy may change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version unless the law says otherwise.
