MONO VPN on iPhone and iPad: sing-box MT and SSTP Connect

On an iPhone, you take a profile from your account and import it into the client. NaiveProxy goes to sing-box MT. SSTP - in SSTP Connect from the App Store; in the MONO VPN account there is a step-by-step installation on how to download it for free.

What to put

NaiveProxy — sing-box MT

Default protocol. Importing a link from your account into sing-box MT. Suitable when the network distinguishes regular VPN protocols.

SSTP — SSTP Connect

Second profile of the same subscription. SSTP Connect is installed from the App Store. In the MONO VPN account, in the “Instructions” section, there is a step-by-step installation on how to download it for free. This path is for iPhone and iPad.

The iPad is configured in the same way as the iPhone: the same account, the same two protocols. One MONO VPN subscription for all personal devices.

Step by step

1. Login

After signing up, select “3 days” and choose “Continue for free”. Get 3 days of access with no payment card or mandatory channel subscription. Your NaiveProxy profile, backup SSTP profile and setup guides will appear in your account.

2. Take a profile

On the main page, select NaiveProxy or SSTP. Copy the current link or data from your account.

3. Import

Open the link on your iPhone so that sing-box MT or SSTP Connect accepts it. iOS will ask for permission to configure the VPN - you need to confirm it.

4. Check

Enable the profile in the client. If the status is “connected”, but the necessary sites are still unavailable, switch the protocol and import the second profile again.

iOS Features

The system keeps one active VPN. Two clients at once usually interfere with each other: turn off the old profile before turning on the new one. After reinstalling the client, the import must be repeated.

SSTP Connect is installed from the App Store. In the MONO VPN account (section “Instructions”) there is a step-by-step installation on how to download it for free. On Mac the standard client is different - MONO Connect.

If it doesn't connect

The access period has not yet expired.
The profile was copied today, not a week ago.
VPN permission in iOS Settings has been granted to this client.
The second protocol from the same subscription was tried.

How does this fit in with a subscription?

iPhone does not require a separate tariff. The same account as on Android or Windows issues profiles for iOS. Phone, tablet and computer for personal use are included in one subscription.
